COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tbi Bailey 465-0-1-0-3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trans-Metrics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Triad product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telco such as the PA11D301 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P027MIA073 manufactured by Trans-Metrics and we are pleased to be able to service most Trans-Metrics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G36ABAU by Manufacturer Triad as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand FCSN12A4PARXB1151230VAC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Telemecanique such as ZCMD21C12 equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XCKJ5984B0H4 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular BC20K40SRFDZ3X original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BI18WRSAP4X2H1141S34 by Turck and ZCMD21C12 spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A01051E15 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trimod-Besta. |
